We hired Carri to teach us a biscotti class and boy oh boy our expectations were blown! She was a wealth of information and was so fun to be with !! Her Buscotti is the best I have ever had!

I recently attended a biscotti-making class with Carri, and it was such a wonderful experience! Carri was incredibly organized and provided everything we needed for the class. Carri is warm and engaging and made the class both fun and easy to follow. Everyone had such a great time!

I’m not a caramel girly, but these cookies have changed my mind! Just the right amount of caramel paired with chocolate chips and a hint of sea salt to bring it all together. Whether you’re a caramel lover or not, these cookies are a must-try!
